Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, cut off time 2pm AEST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once it has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates We select the best carrier for your order based on your location and chosen shipping speed. Our estimated delivery timeframe is around 7 to 12 business days for orders shipping to Australia. For international orders outside of Australia, it takes 15 to 27 business days.

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, with regional areas potentially taking longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances within their networks.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address. This ensures you receive the most accurate and fair price based on our carriers' real-time rates.

You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. This email will specify which carrier is handling your delivery (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle, UPS, Fedex) and will include a direct link to their tracking website. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Items We take great care in packaging your order. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is considered lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

As the sender, we must lodge an official investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf. To assist us, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable). We will manage the claims process directly with the carrier and keep you informed.
